Years ago average man could work, rest, eat, play and even sleep a lot. Today we're always in hurry. We also become lazy by taking colorful and easy-to-use packages and in fact don't know what and how much eating. Civilization diseases are killing us. Obesity is now an illness, not a cosmetic problem. We need more sport activity and start control nourishment. Thousands years ago we had to run to get some food. Nowadays running is just a sport, but still important. Our body is flexible and prepared for effort. Forgetting about that we're becoming fat and there're no drugs that can substitute the nature.
